Innocence is compromised with an illicit game of power and seduction in this ballet, inspired by the risque 18th century French novel and 1988 film. Parisian aristocrats flirt with lust, love and revenge in David Nixon's dramatic dance work, with musical selections from The Four Seasons and other compositions by Antonio Vivaldi.
