STEP 3: Enter once per day! BalletMet will randomly select 3 winners Thursday Morning, February 11, and notify them via direct message on Twitter.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR BALLETMET'S WORST VALENTINE'S DAY CONTEST:

1. To play: Contestants may participate in the Contest by logging on to www.twitter.com and posting a tweet about their worst Valentine's Day experience using @BalletMet and the hashtag #BadVday.

2. The Contest will begin on 2/01/10 and end on 2/10/10. Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. BalletMet Columbus reserves the right to in its discretion extend the duration of the Contest or terminate the contest based on number of entries.

3. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per day.

4. BalletMet Columbus', subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or incomplete entries, for any electronic entries that are lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, late, delayed or garbled by any computer, Internet or network transmission, or as a result of any human error, equipment or programming associated with, or utilized, in this contest or the processing of any entries, or for any telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. All blank, corrupted, or otherwise incomplete entries are automatically null and void. BalletMet reserves the right to accept or decline entries based on content.

5. Three winners will be chosen at random on Thursday, 2/11/10 from a pool of eligible entries. Each winner will receive two tickets to the Saturday, February 13, 2pm performance of BalletMet's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Tickets will be available the day of the performance at the Will Call window at Capitol Theatre.

6. Contest winners will be notified promptly via Twitter.

7. Contest winners are subject to verification.

8. By entering this Contest in the manner described above or by claiming a prize, all participants agree, to the greatest extent allowed by law, to release Sponsor Entities from any and all liability arising from any injury, death, loss or damage of any kind resulting from or in connection with entry and/or participation in this Contest, or the award, acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor Entities are not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. BalletMet reserves the right to accept or decline entries based on content. BalletMet reserves the right to disqualify any participant tampering with the operation or conduct of the Contest. BalletMet further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the terms of the Contest for any reason if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned. Sponsor Entities have no liability or responsibility for or related to the prizes and there are no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, applicable to the Contest or prizes.

9. Contestants grant BalletMet and its affiliates, full and unlimited permission to use contestants' personality, including contestants' names, likenesses, and voices for promotional and publicity purposes, including all advertising, promotions, news coverage, and features, without further compensation.

10. By his/her submission of a contest entry, each contestant agrees to abide by the Official Contest Rules.
