From a very young age, Janet has loved movement and dance. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of healthy and mindful movement with others. As a teacher, she emphasizes proper alignment, attention to breath and finding ease and joy in movement which leads to a greater sense of well-being, both inside and out.

Janet began teaching in 2003 and is a Stott Pilates Certified Teacher in Mat & Reformer as well as a Total Barre Qualified Instructor. She is also a registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), an Ayurvedic Health Educator and a Reiki Master.

Dance and movement bring me a tremendous amount of joy as well as greater balance to both mind and body. I teach so that I can share these benefits with others.
