Dance and Fitness Classes
Our drop-in Dance and Fitness Classes are for the casual learner and/or fitness enthusiast. We have offerings in various dance styles for teens and adults who’d like a more relaxed studio environment, as well as fitness classes for those looking to work up a sweat. Not sure if Dance and Fitness classes are for you? New students get their first class free!

Classes begin Aug. 27, 2018.
To attend Dance and Fitness classes, you’ll need to purchase a class card. Class cards are used every time you attend a Dance and Fitness class (excluding your first class). Class cards can be purchased online or in person at BalletMet for 1, 5, 10 or 20 classes.
All Class Card sales are final.
