Catherine has been teaching yoga to all ages and levels for over ten years. In addition to her 500-hour yoga teaching certification, Catherine is a personal trainer has taught HIIT training, step aerobics, boot camp, circuit interval training and group resistance training. Fitness, health and wellness are her passion! Catherine began teaching group fitness classes while in grad school earning her master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. She has combined her love of travel, teaching and yoga and has taught yoga classes all over the world. Catherine is married and the mother of three active, busy teenagers.
