Dallas started her yoga teaching journey in 2014 with YogaFit Level 1. Since then she has been teaching and working towards her 200 hour RYT. She has specific training in pranayama, prenatal, seniors, and meditation/mindfulness. Her teaching ranges in the following: vinyasa, power yoga, restorative, yoga for athletes, and yin yoga. Dallas’ yoga practice began from years of dancing. She started dancing in Nashville at the age of 3. Her dance training got taken international when she traveled to Italy to take classes. Dallas has training in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and experience teaching bachata and salsa.
