Lilian Beck

Lilian Beck

Reynoldsburg City Schools Partnership

Lilian Beck has been a yoga student throughout her life, but fell in love with teaching after completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training with GoYoga in July, 2020. Lilian started her teaching by offering practices outdoors so people could benefit from the healing components of yoga, nature and community during the Covid-19 pandemic. She aims to provide yoga practices that are accessible and inclusive, meeting each person where they are, offering opportunities for breathwork, movement and meditation.

Lilian has also received training from Dianne Bondy (Yoga for All), Susanna Barkataki (Embracing the Roots of Yoga) and Subtle Yoga (Yoga for Healing Racism). Her meditation practices are informed by the iRest training she received in the summer of 2021. In addition to offering classes with BalletMet in Reynoldsburg City Schools, she also teaches for the YMCA, Columbus Recreation and Parks, and offers adaptive yoga for people with developmental disabilities.
