Julia Wing
Teaching Artist
A native of Gahanna, Ohio, Julia Wing has been on faculty with BalletMet since 2005. She has an associate of arts degree and more than fifteen years teaching experience in the dance field. Wing is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.
Ms. Wing began dancing at age three and has a background in ballet, tap, lyrical and jazz. She was the Pro-Am Scholarship recipient at her local dance studio in 1994. In 2000, she toured the U.S. with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan in their dance training program.
