This year we’re excited to introduce Account Manager! Everything is just a click away with Account Manager, a new feature exclusively for subscribers and Academy families. Purchase and renew subscriptions and buy additional tickets online with no handling fees. With Account Manager you can also print tickets at home, and manage your account all in one place. Includes Parallel Connections, Front Row, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Tour de Force, and Dorothy and the Prince of Oz.

5-Show Package
Includes Parallel Connections, Front Row, Giselle, Tour de Force, and Dorothy and the Prince of Oz.

Create Your Own Package
Choose from Parallel Connections, Front Row, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Tour de Force, and Dorothy and the Prince of Oz.

Flex Pack
Flex Packs leave the decisions up to you! Receive six, eight or ten vouchers that can be redeemed at any time for any show throughout the 17-18 season.


Package prices, excluding Flex Packs, are determined by zones with the most expensive being Zone 1 and the least expensive being Zone 5.

What does Account Manager do?

With account manager you can pay subscription invoices online as well as purchase additional tickets. Misplace your ticket? Not a problem. Manage and print your tickets at your own convenience. Stay tuned for more exclusive Account Manager features.

How do I login to my account?

If you have purchased subscriptions or tickets from us in the past, you might already have an account! Please click “Forgot Password” and enter your email address to reset your password and access your account.

If you aren’t sure what email address is on file for your account, give us a call at 614-229-4860.

Account Manager isn't working, what do I do?

We’re new to Account Manager too. While we work to give you the best customer experience possible, there might be times that Account Manager is down. We promise to always get these issues resolved as quickly as possible and encourage you to call our Box Office for assistance at 614-229-4860 if Account Manager is down.

How do I print my tickets?

Print your tickets at your convenience when you purchase through Account Manager. Simply click the home button in the menu toolbar and navigate to your upcoming events. Click manage this event and scroll down to the print-at-home button found above your tickets. If you have issues printing your tickets please call our Box Office at 614-229-4860.
