Beginning October 1, 2021 BalletMet, in collaboration with other leading Columbus performing arts organizations, will require all patrons (12 and older), staff, and volunteers to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to attend indoor events and performances. Masks will be required regardless of vaccination status or age.

Children 11 and under are not required to show proof of vaccination or negative test but are required to wear a mask.

Ticketholders will be notified by email if health safety protocols change before an event. If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home.

Refunds will be issued to anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms when they arrive. In lieu of a refund, please consider helping sustain the performing arts by:

  • Crediting the ticket amount to your account and applying it to a future performance.
  • Donating the price of your unused ticket back as a tax-deductible gift to BalletMet.

FULLY-VACCINATED PATRONS

A patron vaccinated against COVID-19 by a two-dose mRNA vaccine (Moderna, AstraZeneca and Pfizer), or a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson), is considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after the final dose of vaccine (the second dose for a two-dose regimen, or the single dose for a single-dose regimen).

Documentation of vaccination status, along with ticket and corresponding photo I.D. (for patrons 18 years of age and older), must be shown upon entry to the venue and available upon request at any time

The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:
