Student Division

Strengthen your technique.

We are proud to offer quality instruction designed for aspiring dancers and students of all skill levels. Our student division, for ages 8 to 18, features a wide variety of classes, from ballet to jazz, modern and tap. We provide exciting performing opportunities, including our annual Spring Performance at a world-class venue and BalletMet’s annual production of The Nutcracker at the Ohio Theatre. Classes begin September 3 and run through May.

Boys in Ballet

Boys benefit greatly from dance and, as a way to encourage boys to try ballet, we offer the first three months of class tuition-free!

Level 1 Class Offerings

Level one comprehensive classes consist of two 75 minute ballet classes and one tap class.

Level two comprehensive classes consist of two 90 minute ballet classes and one tap class.

Level three comprehensive classes consist of three 120 minute ballet classes and one jazz class.

Level four comprehensive classes consist of four 90 minute ballet classes, two pointe classes, one conditioning for males, one character class and one jazz class, performance ensemble.
