Subscriber Ticket Exchange

BalletMet Subscribers have unique benefits including free and easy ticket exchanges!

Please fill out the form below to request your ticket exchange. Forms must be received 48 hours prior to the performance you will not be attending. Tickets will be exchanged into the best available seat location based on your current subscription package. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email from the BalletMet Box Office once your exchange is complete.

What are the theatres' seating maps?

The BalletMet Performance Space is a 225-seat performance space with reserved seating. Doors open one hour prior to curtain.

What about refunds?

If you cannot attend a performance, please inform the box office in advance of the missed show. Tickets are nonrefundable but there are options:

  • Credit the ticket amount to your account and apply it to a future performance
  • Donate the price of your unused ticket back as a tax-deductible gift to BalletMet
