Season Subscriptions, Subscriber Services, Academy students/families can call the BalletMet Box Office at 614-229-4848. Rush tickets for college students with a valid student ID can be purchased for $15 at the theater beginning two hours prior to show time. Groups of 10 or more can purchase discounted tickets through the BalletMet Box Office.
When purchasing tickets online, you will get a confirmation email from [email protected] which includes details on how to login and access your digital wallet. If you don’t receive this email in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

The only official ticket sources for BalletMet events are the BalletMet Box Office, balletmet.org website and the CAPA Ticket Center. BalletMet is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources, which does include ticket brokers and third-party resellers. Tickets purchased at unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price; they may be lost, counterfeit or invalid.
It is legal to resale event tickets in Columbus. You will find BalletMet event tickets on sale with ticket brokers, but these are not the primary sales point. Please keep in mind that if tickets are purchased from a ticket broker:

All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Casting, program, schedule, and pricing subject to change without notice. BalletMet reserves the right to return and refund any tickets identified as being sold above face value, minus ticket fees.
Performances will go on as planned unless there is a Level 3 snow emergency in Franklin County. If a show is cancelled, the value of the tickets will automatically be refunded and you will be notified via email. We will post cancellation notices to all of our social media outlets and on the website. If the show is not cancelled, but you choose not to come, we can offer the following options for the value of your tickets:

To access your online account and tickets, login HERE and “click email address for account profile: [email protected]” at the top of the page. After you click on your email address, you can access your tickets from the “Upcoming Events” option on the left side of the page. If you chose to have your tickets sent to your digital wallet, directions to access your wallet are above.
Yes, every patron, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket to enter the theatre.
You may enter the promo code first at the top right of the ticket purchase page and hit submit. Then you will be able to see which tickets are available with that code/discount. Be sure to enter your code prior to selecting tickets.
