Q: Is there a ticket limit?
A: No limits, though it should be noted they must be purchased in pairs

Q: Are the dancers wearing masks?
A: Yes

Q: Are masks for the audience required?
A: Yes

Q: What if I forgot my mask?
A: We will have them onsite

Q: What type of tickets or ticket platform do I need?
A: You and your guests’ names will be added to a check-in sheet. All attendees need to be accounted for as this will also be our contact tracing info

Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: A small portion may be available online or you can call the box office. Please note the on-site box office is closed and there are no on-site sales.

Q: Can I select more than 2 seats?
A: Call our box office there may be a few spots where they have them available

Q: When do the doors open?
A: Each attendee will be assigned a specific check-in time

Q: What do I do if I have arrived early and the theatre isn’t open yet, and it’s raining/snowing/I need to sit?
A: Stay in your car until your check-in time or seat numbers are called.

Q: Is there an intermission?
A: No

Q: Are there concessions?
A: No

Q: Can I bring my own food or drink?
A: No

Q: What if I have to go to the bathroom?
A: Prior to the performance you’ll need to go backstage, please follow signs. If you need to go during the performance please find an usher or house manager to take you.

Q: What happens if BalletMet has to cancel the performance?
A: Refunds will be provided, or you can choose to donate your ticket back to BalletMet.

Q: Will there be door sales?
A: No, all sales must be completed either online or via the box office phoneline

Q: Do I need to complete a health screen before attending?
A: Please answer the following questions
Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

Have you experienced any symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 in the past 14 days? (Common COVID-19 symptoms include: new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of your senses of taste or smell, headache, body aches, chills, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, or diarrhea)

Have you come in contact with a person with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

Do you feel feverish or do you have a body temperature greater than 100.4⁰ F (38⁰ C)?

If you answer Yes to any of our health screening questions, please do not attend your performance, please call our box office and covid contact person for the ticket buyer refund or to move their tickets to another performance.

Q: Will they be taking audience temperatures?
A: No

Q: Are you offering these virtually?
A: At this time we are working to try and present a portion of the ballet virtually but the entire show is not available.

Q: Will I be able to the social distance while inside the performance space?
A: Yes

Q: Is there handicap/wheelchair-accessible seating?
A: Yes

Q: Can I change my seat location if I feel uncomfortable with the people I’m seated near? (ie. if they’re coughing or sniffling)
A: We anticipate no empty seats, though moving may be very difficult, we are ensuring a 6 foot parameter on all sides. If you feel uncomfortable, please see the house manager.

A: Yes

Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes every set of tickets will be assigned a parking spot in our lot.

Q: Is the performance space being disinfected?
A: High-touch surfaces and chairs will be cleaned in between performances.

Q: Is the performance space set up to circulate sanitized air?
A: Yes, we upgraded our HVAC to include iwave filtering systems

Q: Are my seats disinfected before I arrive?
A: Yes, the chairs will be disinfected in between performances.

Q: Is there hand sanitizer on-site?
A: Yes

Q: Will there be a secondary viewing option at the theatre if I am uncomfortable with being seated inside the theatre?
A: No

A:Yes

Q: Will there be timed entry/exits for audience?
A: You’ll be released by the house manager to ensure safety when leaving, please no lingering in lobby, you must leave the building. You’ll be admitted by rows and at certain times. Please see staff member in BalletMet parking lot if you have questions. Times and now currently seating information will be on the LED sign outside the performance space. Your parking spots will be situated so you can see this information from your car.
